Fully Automated Carousel System

• In this system, all filling machines are mounted on a rotating carousel and automatically fed with empty cylinders. Once filled, the cylinders are automatically ejected from the carousel.

• This system optimizes time and reduces staffing requirements. The carousel capacity can vary from 9 to 36 filling positions. Minimum filling capacity: 4.5 tons of LPG per hour.

Semi-automatic filling system.

• In this system, the incoming and outgoing flow of bottles is atomized by a motorized chain conveyor.

• This system includes two chain conveyors: one for bottle inflow and the other for bottle outflow.

• Between the two conveyors, the filling machines are arranged in cells. Each cell contains four filling machines and is operated by two operators. The system therefore has a maximum of eight filling machines.

Containerized filling system

This system integrates all the necessary filling equipment (filling machines, LPG pump, cylinder handling system, etc.) into a 40-foot and 20-foot shipping container.

The system must then be connected to the on-site LPG storage tank(s) via piping.

Skid-type filling system

The installation comprises two parts: the filling cabin and the storage tank.

The filling cabin houses the filling machine (two or three mechanical or electronic machines), the LPG pump, and the electrical system.

The LPG storage tank is used to store the LPG for filling cylinders. Its capacity can vary from 10 to 45 m³.

Cylinder repair factory

Over the years, steel cylinders are subjected to the stresses of rough and intensive handling, as well as environmental conditions, resulting in deformation, twisting, and rust due to surface abrasion.

These cylinders require regular monitoring and inspection at intervals adapted to the specific environmental and handling conditions of each market.

Kaya offers a complete range of hot repair equipment for LPG cylinders that cannot be repaired by the top or bottom ring straighteners on its scales, due to the severe deformation of these rings. This range also includes accessories for cutting and surface welding of caps and bottom rings, as well as equipment for standardizing LPG cylinders.
